Sara Gadimova - 100
On December 8, 2022, an event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the People's Artist Sara Gadimova, an outstanding representative of the Azerbaijani mugham performing art was held at the State Museum of Music Culture of Azerbaijan.
The event began with the demonstration of the video recording of Said Rustamov's song "Haralisan" performed by Sara Gadimova.
The event was opened by Tarana Zeynalova, Deputy Director of the State Museum of Music and Culture of Azerbaijan, and talked about Sara Gadimova's life. Her speech was accompanied by the slideshow "Sara Gadimova - 100", made on the basis of the museum's rich collections.
People's Artist, Ramiz Guliyev, Honored Cultural Worker Mustafa Chamanli, Honored Artist Mirnazim Asadullayev spoke at the event and shared their memories.
In the artistic part of the event, the Ancient Musical Instruments Ensemble of the museum (artistic director, People's Artist Munis Sharifov, soloists - People's Artist Teyyub Aslanov, Honored Artist Nuriyya Huseynova) and others have been participated
