THE BRAVEEST SOLDIER, OUR SOLDIER
On June 25, 2021, an event called “The bravest soldier, our soldier” was held at the State Museum of Music of Azerbaijan on the occasion of June 26-the Day of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.
Head of the department of the Museum Khanim Abdinova spoke in detail about the Day of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
During the event, a meeting was held with the injured, veterans of the Second Karabakh War Subhan Khankishiev and Nurlan Suleymanov and veteran Namig Manafov. Subhan Khankishiev, who showed personal courage and bravery, who participated in the fighting to liberate Lachinsky and Fizulinsky districts of Azerbaijan under the order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, Mr. Ilham Aliyev was awarded with medals “For the liberation of Lachin”, “For the liberation of Fizuli”, Nurlan Suleymanov was awarded medal “For the liberation of Fizuli”, Namig Manafov was awarded with the medal “For the Liberation of Lachin”. It should be noted that Subhan Khankishiev was an employee of the State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan for several years. During the meeting, a video dedicated to the memory of the combat comrade Subhan, Shekhid, musician Tamerlan Mahmudov was shown. Also held a virtual meeting with a student of the Azerbaijani National Conservatory, volunteer - participant of the Second Karabakh War, teacher of Baku Humanities College, tarist Farid Atazade.
