Meeting with Arif Huseynov
On March 7, 2018 the event dedicated to outstanding Azerbaijani Painter, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan Arif Huseynov, was held at the State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan.
Among the guests there were several public figures, musicians, art critics and students of Western Caspian University and Azerbaijan State university of Culture and Arts practicing in the museum. The director of the State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan, Ph. D on art history, honoured worker of culture Alla Bayramova made an opening speech and greeted all of the guests of the event. Then the musical ensemble of the museum performed a small concert program consisting of several examples of ancient Azerbaijani folk music. Accompanied by the music the guests of the event were shown works by Arif Huseynov.
After speeches of several public figures, the floor was given to Arif Huseynov. The painter spoke about his life and works and expressed his gratitude to all of the organizers of the event and the director Alla Bayramova for their dedication and hard work.
