Musa Mirzoyev – 80
On November 6, 2013 at The State Museum of Azerbaijani Musical Culture held an event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of outstanding composer, People's Artist, Professor of Baku Music Academy, Musa Mirzoyev.
The event was opened by director of The State Museum of Azerbaijani Musical Culture, PhD on art, honored worker of culture Alla Bayramova. Then the word was passed to Chairman of the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan, People's Artist Firangiz Alizadeh. After that, author of monograph “Musa Mirzoyev” (Baku, 2008), professor, Doctor of Arts Shahla Gasanova, made presentation followed slide show of museum materials about creativity of composer.
Afterwards, was presented the concert from the works of Musa Mirzoyev.
To the event were invited members of the Classic Music Fans Club, students of musical college, staff of Baku museums, musical public, media representatives and others.
