On Sunday, April 3, the Museum of Music Culture of Azerbaijan received guests from Tajikistan. Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia Mr. Rustam Soli, his wife Muhabbat Khanum and the famous Tajik scientist Munira Khanum Shahidi got acquainted with the exhibition of the Museum and its branch - the Kara Karaev Museum House. It should be noted that Munira Shahidi is the daughter of an outstanding Tajik composer, who and Kara Karaev had a friendly relationship. This is Ziyodullo Shahidi (1914 - 1985), People's Artist of the Tajik USSR, author of two operas, "Makoms Symphonies", a large number of songs and others. of works. Guests were presented books, notes and discs published by the museum. They were also performed by the musicians of the Museum Ensemble of Ancient Musical Instruments.
