At the Kara Karayev House Museum, branch of the State Museum of Music Culture of Azerbaijan, an event dedicated to the 104th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding composer, teacher, people's artist of the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor Kara Karayev (05.02.1918 - 13.05.1982).
The director of the State Museum of Music Culture of Azerbaijan, a doctor of arts, a well-deserved worker of culture Alla Bayramova and the head of the House Museum of Kara Karayev, pianist Zuleikha Karayeva-Bagirova.
Artists of the Azerbaijani State Chamber Orchestra named after Kara Karayev, director, honored artist Nargiz Aliyeva, honored artist Julia Motorina, Samira Farazheva, student of the 10th grade of the secondary special music school named after them. Bulbul, winner of the International Hadij Ghazhila Competition (violin), Irina Mehtieva (f-no) presented a concert program from the works of Kara Karayev.
Next, a musician, a well-deserved figure of art, professor Zumrud Dadashzadeh talked about creativity, classical jazz, free improvisation and new modern works of the grandson of composers Zakir Bagirov and Kara Karayev, a famous musician, with The acophonist and composer Zulfugar Bagirov, who lives in Washington, USA, were demonstrated video recordings of the works to the music of Azerbaijani composers.
