From the collection of the State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan

On July 23, 1993, the city of Agdam and most of the Agdam region, one of the most picturesque of Azerbaijani regions, which raised many famous musical figures was occupied by Armenian aggressors. The State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan stores personal belongings of the tar-player Gurban Primov (1880-1965), a Karabakh man, a native of the village of Gulably, Agdam district. The carpet was donated by G.Primov's fellow countrymen for his 75th birthday, as indicated by the inscription woven in the upper part of the carpet. 1955
