Alla Bayramova, Director of the State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan, was awarded with an honourary certificate “For Contribution to Strengthening Cultural Relations between Azerbaijan and Russia”. The certificate of honour was signed by Valentin Denisov, the head of the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Azerbaijan.
